ADIA, Emaar, Majid al Futtaim, QIA Comp?

Looking for more information on what comp (USD) is like at either the Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Qatar Investment Authority) or developers (Majid Al Futtaim, Emaar, etc). What's the ideal years of experience to have before deciding to make such a jump? Analyst, associate, senior associate comp? How / why is it  difficult to move back to the US?
