Used Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso: A very classic watch. What I like about the Reverso is that it is not showy at all, very elegant, and a great watch in terms of history!

New Omega Speedmaster With 4-5k euro you can get a new one. Again a great watch in terms of history mechanics, etc, and now showy at all.

I don't like to wear flashy watches. The nice thing about the two watches mentioned above is that you can literally wear them every day. You will have two great watches for any occasion and will never have people looking at your arm like 'uuuuuh this guy wears a rolex'. I feel like quite often with a submariner you have that feeling, although a reverso costs more. On the other hand, people that are a little bit into watches will really appreciate both of those watches!

Put that money in BTC, it's a better investment.

Alternatively, I second the Speedmaster. Gorgeous watch, classic, will never go out of style, reliable, not too flashy, very sharp.
