Advice for college list & future path?

Hi All,
This is my first time posting on this forum so please let me know if I'm doing something wrong - but I came to this forum as many others did, in order to ask for advice.

Short things to sum up my life until now:
-Did poorly in high school because of tense relationship with parents (issues with stepfather)
-Graduated in 2011 with acceptance to SFSU but got rescinded because of PE credit issues (legitimately not my fault)
-Spiraled into deep depression - attempted to attend CC but failed or dropped most of my courses, eventually giving up in 2013 to go into the workforce.
-Enough of the sob story-
-Skip forward to 2015 and I decided that I didn't want to be a low-skill bottom-of-the-barrel worker. I wanted to do something with my life. My mother convinced me to take a business class with her (my tense relationship with my businessman-stepfather had ruined my idea of business school) and I actually ended up liking it. I enrolled back in community college (starting with a GPA of around 1.2) and have worked my way back up to a 3.7 somehow. I did this while working full-time first as a warehouse day-shift supervisor at a startup, and when they went out of business unexpectedly, I got a job as an accounts payable assistant at a small firm where I deal with data entry, reconciliation, as well as legal compliance (so much compliance when you own/manage gas stations).
-Previously I worked typical teenager jobs - barista at a cafe, tennis instructor, and I worked for my parents real-estate investment firm. I have had a lot of experience in various sectors of business besides banking, and I think that's something that not a lot of people have before they enroll at a 4 year university.
-This brings me to my next point, I'm now trying to transfer to a proper 4 year university with the intention of getting an undergraduate degree in finance, possibly get certified as a CFA, and perhaps attend a good graduate school for a polysci masters (I know it doesn't make as much money, but my true passion lies in politics).
-I'd like to go into some aspect of finance at first though, so I'm trying to get into a decent business school for fall 2017. Unfortunately, given my strange situation, I'm not sure just how high I can reach for schools. I want to move out of California for undergraduate, and I've settled on going to the following areas: Seattle, Philly, NYC, Boston, and Providence. As of right now my college list includes:
Villanova, NYU, Boston U, Northeastern U, Drexel, Temple, U of Delaware, U of Rhode Island, UW-Seattle, Bryant U, Fordham U, Rutgers-NB, TCNJ, Bentley University, and Clark University.
-I'm not afraid to take on a little bit of debt if my ROI is going to be decent enough, and my parents will be able to help somewhat since they approve of my current path.

Do any of you have any particular input on whether or not I'm reaching high enough or too high? I tried to find a balance between Reach, Mid, Match, and Safety schools. Yes I'm absolutely set on going to those particular areas for college (personal reasons), but I'm open to replacing a school or two with better schools if you guys think I might be able to reach higher.

I apologize in advance for the essay about my life, but I don't really have anybody in my life to ask about things like this, and as soon as I ask anything on college confidential they start talking about how I should be applying to "meh" CSUs in order to keep my costs down.

To sum it up:
No real extra curriculars besides work in the last few years, but the work experience is in the business spectrum.
3.7 GPA with some general ed classes and basic business classes such as accounting, econ, intro to bus, ethics, etc.
Am I picking a good mix of low/high acceptance schools? Keeping in mind this is for a transfer app directly into their business school.

Thanks in advance guys, and feel free to ask questions!

Phil
