Advice for final round PE interview with large fund
Hi guys,
Im interviewing at a large fund (top 10 global) for a position in Europe. The position is for a quite small office and i have met with several of the junior guys, completed all the technical parts of the process and i am now through to the final round. I think there is a few candidates left and probably just one position to fill.
I am meeting with the more senior employees now (partners and a director) and have been told that there is no more tehnicals so just behavioral and fit. They will be evaluating motivation, partner potential etc.
Any advice on how to "stand out" in such an interview would be highly appreciated. Would also be great to hear about other experiences with such an interview. I am not sure how specifically i can express how much i would like the job - e.g. saying it think its the perfect job etc.
Thx!
bump
