I saw a condotel property which I like. I know a lot of people don't like investing in condotels, but others do. I really like condos. they tend to be affordable per sq. ft. than houses. However, I'm reluctant of the maintenance fees that I will pay yearly. Can I easily get a profit from it? Please share me your thoughts.
