Hi all, I've noticed there are a lot of these topics on the forum already about landing the FT offer, but its mostly for the banking side.

As I'll be working on the Sales side this summer, obviously I've noticed the same rules apply of, good attidute and work hard..on top of these could some share their experiences and personal advice on how to land that FT on the Sales side? or is that all it really purely is..good attitudte and hard work?
