Advice on San Francisco IBD recruiting
Hey all,
I just finished my IB SA stint with a MM bank in Chicago, Industrials coverage.
For full-time I would really like to be in San Francisco. I would prefer tech, but would not mind HC or CR. From my knowledge, these are the main groups in SF, if anyone has more color on this that would be great.
I was hoping that any of you tech bankers out there could provide me with a brief checklist of what you feel are important questions you would ask someone that is trying switching into the sector. I have been reading a lot on tech, but since it's a very broad industry I was hoping to use this "checklist" to narrow my focus and avoid studying things that won't help me during interviews.
So fellas, I would appreciate any advice on recruiting in SF. A list of tech focused interview questions would be great as well.
Thank you all.

Tried posting this in the b-school forum and it didn't get anywhere. Does anyone have any insight into whether Haas has a solid recruiting presence for SF based BBs? Looking at their career services numbers it doesn't look like too many folks end up in IB, though that may be due to a lack of interest from many students at Haas...
Haas is well recruited for SF offices.
Good to hear, thanks. And to clarify, I'm asking about their MBA program.
