Advice/Tips For Senior Breaking into IB/ER

Long story short, I'm from a target school in the Northeast but made a mistake because I decided to double major in CS which ruined my GPA. My GPA currently stands at 3.4 which is just under the cutoff for most OCR at my school. Therefore I'm trying shift my focus onto smaller IB boutiques because I think I will have a better chance of landing a job there. Currently I'm interning at one of the big four in an operational role (was supposed to be in NYC this summer but was moved to remote).

I'm mostly interested in small NYC boutique banks but would also be interested in any boutique IBs in Texas (Austin, Dallas, Houston). I am currently in Texas (Austin area) because of COVID, and will be here until the end of August when I go back to my college campus. I am wondering if there are any resources where I can find a list of smaller boutique IBs in Texas or NYC.

Another important note, I am a rising senior but I'm not really opposed to being a summer analyst in the summer of 2021 and taking a year off before full-time, I will do that if it will greatly increase my chances of going into IB. I am mostly interested in IB, ER, and Fixed-Income S&T, so would be really interested in these three areas.
