Advisory Board Company: Pay, Culture, Exit Opps?

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the Advisory Board Company. Seems like they do some interesting work in healthcare but I've heard pay is low. Any info on Pay, Culture, Exit Opps (Extremely important), etc? Thanks.

healthcare consulting company with high turnover rate. Heavily recruits straight out of undergrad and many info regarding their process is available on glassdoor dot com

Also, they required me to stay for 3 years if I accepted the offer, which I thought was kind of odd...

If you are interested in healthcare consulting, I would look at some small firms with experienced/talented partners

The Knicks are back?
