Age still an issue for entry IBs?
Hi everyone,
I am a new member here on WSO and a 33 year-old adult student. I was hoping to break into IB after I graduate next Spring (2020). I will be 34 at that time. With all the talk about diversity, I was wondering if HR is still only diversifying across other demographics than age? I attend a non-target school and carry a 4.0 (Finance Major). What are your thoughts?
