Agriculture Focused Private Equity Models
We are a small Ag fund that syndicates capital and grows permanent crops on the west coast. We are in the process of rebuilding our underwriting/financial modeling and I was hoping for some suggestions on things that we should include in the model to give an institutional level output for our investments. Currently things are pretty basic, IRR, equity Multiple, Cash yield, exit multiple. All creative suggestions would be appreciated.
