Anyone know the pay and benefits for interns and full time heading into 2022? I saw 84/hr on levels.fyi and some other benefits. I’ve also heard 125/25/40 for SWE but I’m interested in Junior Trader entry offers.
Additionally I’ve heard of firms like Optiver/Citadel/Jane outbidding each other. How high have you heard AKUNA going for new traders if you have an offer from a competitor?
