I heard its hard to get in but how hard? If you know someone how do you utilize the relationship to get in? I assume buy-side firm like this one would weight heavily towards merits instead of your relationships. This is for full-time or internship.

 

It doesn't matter if you know someone there, I don't think they hire undergrads. That job is extremely difficult to get, imagine after 8-10 years making 500k a year working 50 hours a week with relatively low stress, many buyside people would kill for a job there, turnover is extremely low.
