Analyst-level comp??

Would really be grateful for any responses. I worked for 3 years at McKinsey (middle East + London). Now I'm trying to get into a top AM firm //Wellington, Capital, Schroders, Fidelity// through a top MBA I've been accepted to. The program has decent track record in the AM field. I have an internship at a small shop but I still have no idea about comp after the MBA.

I recognise my experience isn't the most relevant. I'm a CFA charterholder, if it matters. I've been in contact with someone from an MBB background who managed to make the move. I'm hoping to do the same.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your input
