Analyst pay and progression at BB PWMs in London

I'm thinking of applying for PWM at BBs and a few boutiques in London. I've been finding it quite hard to find coherent information on Analyst pay and how that progresses over into Associate / VP pay. If anyone has any idea about this, I would massively appreciate some help!

Thanks a lot

From my experience, PWM doesn't have analysts/associates. You may be thinking of Asset Management. PWM just has FA's and Senior FA's, etc... When you first start out, you're paid a base salary and it increases based on how many clients you are able to get on board. However, I believe that 3-5 years in, you do not receive a salary anymore. It's all based on your clients, profits, and the ability to gain more clients (high-net worth or institutional, depending on your platform/base).
