Another phone question

My contract runs out this month and I was wondering would it be stupid to buy a blackberry (or equal phone) now going in as an SA, even though I will be receiving one. I would use it during school next year, but do bankers have two phones, even if both are blackberries? Is there advantages to having a phone with these capabilities that isn't a work phone?

Thanks

it's def worth having a "smart phone" to check your email, facebook etc. it's annoying as hell not to be able to check your gmail for hours on end. plus having a smartphone means you can use hopstop.com! which is, frankly, amazing.
