Crazy. Reminds me of the two separate plane crashes within 10 years from the Oklahoma State basketball program. Can't believe one school can be hit by such bad luck twice

"The shooting came the same day as Virginia Tech was appealing a $55,000 fine by the U.S. Education Department in connection with the university's response to the 2007 rampage."

There definitely is a problem with the school security or policy or the officials of VT. They still never learned... It's just horrible...

The latest report is 2 people dead, one of which was a campus police officer and the suspect is said to be in custody.
