Any analysts quitting / know openings / attrition / headcount recount ???

Hello all,

This is a serious question (i.e. not a troll).

I know that with bonuses about to be handed out soon, if not already, many who thought banking was for them but isn't will be calling it quits. Additionally, I know some first year analysts finishing up year one will be making the leap to the buyside. Furthermore, I know that (or hope?) there will be random openings popping up at a range of investment banks.

If you are quitting, know of any analysts openings (experienced/lateral hiring, but eligible to take first years), aware of attrition, or whatever - I would highly appreciate please PMing me to chat. I've graduated but am currently interning in a boutique IB doing M&A as a post-grad intern (same place I was at last summer - they liked me enough to offer an internship again, but no FT since no openings). I sincerely ask WSO to consider helping a fellow monkey out.

Lots of people here wouldn't be where they are today without having had a strong support system (parents, mentors, friends, family, and even WSO). Please help a fellow monkey out.

Please PM me if you have any questions and I'd be happy to answer. This is a serious inquiry and I'd highly appreciate it if you reached out!

PS: I'd be happy to meet over lunch/coffee/drinks - in NYC right now and can flex my schedule. Casting my net wide as far as banks go, but like everyone here would prefer work at a place with big deals and a full analyst team.
