Any good examples of an investment memo recommending a position?

I have been reading through investor letters from many prominent HFs but feel there just isn't that much meat to them. I also saw some activist presentations at the time of starting a position, but don't think that HFs typically do powerpoints.

I wanted to know how HFs structure an investment memo when they are initiating a position and if there is a good example?

Take a look at research ideas from Alta Fox Capital. He was a Harvard grad who worked at GS SSG then a L/S hedge fund and then started his own fund looking into micro-cap investments. Really smart guy who went straight into investing .
