Any insight on Citi's FIG FinTech vertical?

Hi, sophomore here interested in recruiting for Citi's FIG group, particularly going for its FinTech vertical.

Haven't heard about it much here, can anyone provide insight on culture (sweaty or not, do people leave early or can ppl stay for long) + if learning opps are comparable to other Citi groups?

Also, a lot of threads here talk about FIG being a 'death sentence' or not the most ideal, but personally started to get more interested in fintech so might as well go for what I think I can perform best in? Generally interested in M&A and Tech too but idk if those take any junior summer interns

TIA
