Any MSF admission success stories for low GPA?

I finished with a 3.0 from Indiana - Kelley (finance) and would really like a 2nd chance at IB. Is it possible to get in a top MSF program with my GPA and a 700+ GMAT?

Will admissions like the fact I went to Kelley? or look down on it since I already had a chance at IB

I have a few good reasons for why my GPA was so low that I plan to talk about in my applications

thanks!
