Any training programs worth attending?

Hi guys. I have a couple of questions for you experienced monkeys.

I will be joining a boutique in January upon graduation. Obviously, I'm not going to have any formal training but I'd like to be as prepared as possible.

So my question is: are there any training programs out there worth attending? I just want to make sure that I start off on the best foot possible. I can't say that my super non-target helped much with this part, but I have a few internships under my belt so I understand the basics...

Also, are there any licenses that I should get or need to get as a first-year analyst? This is fuzzy for me because I've been told both yes and no.

Thanks!

Your boutique should pay (or you should ask) for you to attend Training the Street, ideally the 8-10 week version and not the abbreviated 1-2 week version. If they're not willing to provide basic training, which frankly they should view as an investment rather than a cost, you may want to seriously consider lateraling as soon as possible.

That said, between WSO guides, Macabacus templates, etc, you should be able to start rebuilding other models that will indefinitely help you on your job day to day.
