Anybody actively using Quest / ResearchMonitor / Priory Solutions / OneLog / EOS ?

Greetings,

My manager and I are looking at a number of different products/platforms that would mesh with Sharepoint and in particular FITS do a range of things including but not limited to:
• Simplify and reduce what we researchers have to type into Sharepoint in regards to requests
• Simplify the billing process by having something that will run in the background and track our usage and time spent in any particular vendor’s products
• Enhance and speed up cataloging issues
• Facilitate organizing contracts and maintaining user/usage data
• Manage password data for all products in a more enhanced way than LastPass

So ideally combining and potentially replacing the Outlook, FITS and SharePoint facets of request submission from the end-user [the analyst, associate, asssistant, managing director] standpoint and also streamline our research charge-backs to our department as well as to the end-user and their client, help us better track contracts and subscriptions, facilitate cataloging, integrate the day-to-day workflow better, allow for better management of our knowledge base of data and reports that we find outside of our contracted products and more.

Curious to see if anyone's firms are using any of the above, whether actively today or whether you tried them out and went back to your old system or went with someone else entirely. So far from the product introductions I have seen, Quest AKA Priory Solutions, looks like something that might be worth the investment of time to have a trial to kick the tires and truly get a feel for whether this product can streamline all the various items mentioned above along with those that are running in the background, like various feeds and other currently stand-alone items [Human Resources, Concur, Workday, LastPass, etc], for example, to keep track of what new analyst or associate has been onboarded with access to what relevant products and databases that his/her sector team uses for their deals.

Always open to hearing the positive and negative on the above products, problems that got resolved as well as glitches or issues you noticed when implementing these services into your work landscape.

Thanks in advance.
