Anyone at Morgan Stanley Baltimore?

I received an offer as a business analyst at Morgan Stanley's Baltimore office - if anyone has worked or is working there, how is it? I haven't heard many good things, mostly that it's churn and burn, low pay, long hours. I'm wondering if this is dependent on the team and role or if I should prepare for a very laborious experience regardless.

This is my first position out of school; right now I'm pursuing a master's in a quantitative field. Down the line I hope to work more within data science.

I received an offer for Operations Analyst at the Baltimore office for post-grad (May 21) - declined it. Also, have a bunch of peers that ended up there. Office is actually decent and culture seems cool, but...

Pay was so mediocre, and the office is known for 1 year or less exits. If you need the pay, just take it. But, since I wasn't desperate for money and was more focused on finding the right job, I am glad I declined the offer.
