I haven't even heard back from JPM yet regarding a first round. I'm guessing they haven't started first rounds for non-targets yet but I just wanted to see if any other nontargets had heard back to make sure.

Some of my friends from non targets have gone through superdays last week in London: no answer given yet.

How do they give offers? by phone, email? do they call you over to the office to sign?

It's pretty much an HR thing? or do you meet guys from the division you've applied for to discuss before signing??

Our school (a target school).... The recruiters all say (except MS), "We will get back to you within a week," or "within 48 hours." In reality though, all but one of the six BBs I interviewed with called with an offer either the NIGHT OF my superday or the DAY AFTER. Not sure if this was expedited since I made them aware of other exploding offers.

Morgan Stanley is the exception, they said two weeks and I think they mean it. Either that, or none of my five classmates there that day (myself included) were extended offers. certainly possible that none of us got it though.

All of the above may be just how they deal with our school.
