The running joke of the DC CRE community - dude is a fucking WEIRDO, thinks he's Norm Jemal - been renovating the same townhouse on 16th street for the last 2-years.
I love how he wants his analysts to have MBAs on linkedin posts - lol, god fuck that guy. Creeps on chicks the entirety of every ULI event. Fake texts this chick in my office almost monthly about some sick shit he's doing then comes back a week later with the "oh meant to send that to my boy" text. Seriously, run away. I’m new to CRE. Is Analyst supposed to be the entry level title? How much experience is typically necessary to reach Analyst?
It is the entry level role, either straight out of school or with 1-2 years of experience.
Its strange that he won one of their 40 under 40 awards. any idea how that happened? did he buy his way into it? I have some esteem for ULI
