Basically title. Just got a straight out of undergrad offer for almost 100k base salary with a profit-sharing bonus(based on company profit) ranging anywhere from 33%-50%(past two years had been 50%+) and a retirement plan that is 25% of total comp. Also 10k for relocation. Sounds way too good for a non-tech position so wondering if you guys know more about it?

I looked into this a while back after one of their recruiters reached out. If you look at their glassdoor reviews and search specifically for “management development” or “management trainee”, the reviews are pretty scathing to say the least. In summary it seems like a pretty openly toxic workplace culture with multiple people over the span of several years complaining about gaslighting, sexism, ass kissing, and other pretty bs stuff. 8/10 of the most recent (2020-2016) reviews are one and two star.
I’ll be honest, comp is one of the most important things for me when considering opportunities, but those reviews were enough to turn me off.
