Anyone keep notes / journal?

I'd like to know if this is normal or Aspergers worthy

I keep notes on everything. I use my iPhone/Mac Notes app to record things for future reference:

"Daily thoughts": I've been building this document since Aug 2017. It doesnt actually contain daily thoughts, just interesting concepts and ideas from books and YouTube etc. It's 95,000 words now. I transfer it from Notes to Word every quarter. I try to write a few pages of these out every weekend in order to remember them

"Business": I record and number business words and phrases that make me sound smart. The words number up to 762 and the phrases are probably a lot more than that.

"Social": I type out words, facts and phrases that can be used in a social setting, for talking about politics etc. I have 290 words and a lot more phrases. Things I've heard that sound interesting.

"Quotes": Split between Normal, Philosophical and Finance quotes. Theres around 1 thousand.

"Funny": Hundreds of one liners and funny things I've seen on twitter, instagram and Facebook i can try to pass off as my own.

"4hww": I type out every business idea I have in there. And try to have "idea sex" with them, as James Altucher recommends.

"Metaphors" - Self explanatory

"Deutsche/Spanish/French/thai/latin/Arabic/Dutch" - Words and sayings in other languages and how to pronounce in English.

Then I have random ones like how many burpees I did over the course of a week, then never do burpees again. I also have a record of NoFap.

Then I have a Word document for book summaries. It's 320,000 words. Mostly try to type the summary myself, but if I cant be bothered I will copy and paste the summary from google.

Anyone else do this?

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

The only on-the-fly journaling I do is noting interesting business trends or business ideas as they hit me. When I started in banking, I kept a written journal at my desk where I'd note concepts "learned" on the job that weren't immediately clear to me to revisit. Sometimes, I would include funny and witty shit clients and seniors would say but nothing as regimented as you're describing.

I like it, though... Seems like a good way to remember and reinforce things heard and thought of throughout each day.
