Anyway to spin this
So ive been cold emailing alumni and getting a pretty good response rate. An MD replied to me looking for my resume but i really don't think I have enough experience to look good enough. I I don't wanna kill this contact but I'm not sure if I should just my resume alone or send a little note saying why I don't have more experience or what I'm planning on doing in the future
You can send him your resume and then tell him what your plans are for the semester that show progress towards the position you want. Mention that you will send an updated resume halfway through the semester or at the end the semester. It gives you another reason to keep in touch with him.

To spin it back on you, what are you trying to look good enough for? He just asked to send your resume to him, not your resume to him for XYZ position that requires a certain amount of experience.
I don't know what you said to him in your original email and what his response was, but....
I would reply attaching your resume saying that you appreciate him taking a look at your resume and reitterate what your purpose for contacting him was. He might even have an idea of position that would fit your experience level. So don't just automatically assume you're not experienced enough. Also I would mention that you plan on Interning your senior year, and doing abc accomplishment before graduating and etc. then like the previous poster said, put in a sentence that you'll update him with your progress at such and such time.
Hopefully you're a good enough student that you can put a lot of extracurricular activities and related coursework material on there for the time being. Also, just do what the first poster told you to do. It's pretty solid advice.
Oh wow, an MD asked for your resume? You should definitely appear as insecure as possible and make excuses via "little notes."
Stoolie (really? Where do people get these names. Gross), you got a fucking MD to ask for your resume. That's BAD ASS. Send it to him and say thank you.
Sheesh
