Application status after a Superday

I had a superday about a month ago, on August 18th. I thought that the superday went well and, originally, I thought I had a decent shot at getting an offer. However, I have not heard anything from HR at the firm (foreign bank NYC) since that day. I have e-mailed my contacts in HR, but have not received any response from them. Should I give up and assume I'm not getting an offer, or should I reach back out to bankers that I interviewed with during the superday and ask them?

This was my first superday, and I'm not sure of the customs of whether they inform you if you are dinged or not.
Also, what is the longest it's ever taken for you to hear back on a final decision after a superday?

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
