Applying to Undergraduate Roles as a Graduate?
I'm graduating this year and although I'm excited to be starting my career with the company I signed with, I also recognize that it's not where I want to be long term (and would prefer a few jobs I got dinged from this year in recruiting).
My question is, how soon into my new job can I re-apply to certain companies? And do companies consider experienced hires for recent undergraduate roles?
Let's say my dream is to work for Disney's corporate strategy team and I interviewed there this year but didn't get the job offer. Can I reapply to that analyst position 6 months into my new job? Or even apply to that job in the fall during the undergraduate recruiting timeline? (this may sound like a dumb question, but when you are hired after college, do you start immediately? Or do you usually have a certain number of months before you'd start with an incoming analyst class?)
