Apt rental in nyc - need recommendations
For my NYC folks-
Any recommendations on apt rentals?
How much do you usually pay? I am looking for a studio or 1BR to live alone.
Which websites are useful other than Trulia and Zillow?
Which neighborhood or rental companies to avoid?
I’m sure a lot of people left ny due to the pandemic so the rent is cheaper now and wanted to move before it skyrockets, hopefully at a rent control apt.

As for areas, just depends what you are looking for. Are you going to be wfh? Or do you need to be close to the office? Want nightlife? Close to a park? Want space or location? Etc.
