Are there any "husky" girls in banking?
Friends,
I have noticed a shocking trend among investment banks and a possible prejudice that is yet to be unearthed in this modern day and age of the 21st century. Having visited the offices of many elite investment banks and fancy boutiques, I have noticed that there are no "husky" women in analyst, associate, VP, or MD roles. Of course banking is male-dominated but of the women that you see, absolutely NONE are the big or the "hug to love" type. Can you imagine a time where you saw a broad girthy woman with a big muffin top in an analyst position outside of say HR and OPS? Absolutely not!!!
This lends much credence to my hypothesis that females in FO roles are mostly (not all) for decorative appearances as they are NEVER big fatties. This is very racist and I am deeply offended by this magnificent demonstration of raw prejudice by males interviewers. As Thomas Jefferson once said "we are all created equal". Why must they all be relegated to finding love on craigslist & eharmony??? We must spread the word to the ACLU and FDA, NOW!
not when they start...
actually, i've seen a few 1st year analysts/associates who are "husky"
I think you mean sexist...
Anyway, that was actually the case at my bank too. I think it has to do with the fact that a lot of girls that go into banking are pretty much type A by definition. This means that their discipline likely carries over to their personal health as well as their school/work performance.
Bro you need to get a life.
^pot calling the kettle black
Hey. That's racist! ....or sexist. I can't remember anymore.
All the women are in sales roles as well and we know they're not pulling in clients with the quality of their analysis. Fund managers chose their brokers by how much they blow in an evening, except male brokers are blowing off an amex, and female brokers are blowing their cock.
what;s the big muffin top....
