Are there any jobs in finance that AREN'T incredibly boring?

I get bored (and depressed) easily.
I know - first world problem, I'm a whiny baby, etc.

But seriously, it's so hard to go into the office and try to do a good job if you're not at all engaged / interested.
I've generally bounced around job to job as a result.

After 18-24 months I just walk, because I cannot take the mundane nature of the jobs anymore.

Then I get desperate for cash, or struggle with feeling a lack of security, and I take a job that doesn't really interest me.

So, I'm 40, I'm heading PE for a family office, but it's devolved into just looking at real estate.
And I couldn't care less if the old man (nice guy that he is) owns yet another building.

So you guys tell me - what's an interesting / meaningful job that one can do with a background in finance and an MBA?
I'm applying to work at foundations like Bill & Melinda Gates, checking out ESG-related and renewable energy-related jobs, and applying to ESG-related equity research roles.
i'm also applying to join food-tech companies where at least they are working on good long-term solutions to meaningful problems.

Any thoughts welcome as to which jobs in finance might be less boring, and might even be interesting / meaningful.
