portaBlitz is a software start-up company created by a graduating Dartmouth senior and is looking for other entrepreneurial graduating seniors or recent graduates of top universities to join its team. The company, which has advisors from UBS, Morgan Stanley and private equity and venture capitalist firms with millions of dollars under management, is structured specifically for recent graduates who want to go on to business school. The goal of the company is to create a superior product, market it effectively and sell the company to a larger corporation. Consequently, this is a perfect opportunity to get strong work experience far beyond a typical analyst position. Following the company’s acquisition, each employee will receive a personal business school consultant and stipend for a GMAT preparation course to help with the process. In addition, portaBlitz will have a collegiate and relaxed environment and will strive to ensure all of its employees have an active social life, in addition to the intellectual stimulation and challenge of running a successful start-up.

Chief Financial Officer, VP of Investor Relations
• Managing the company’s financial risk, budgeting and planning
• Create financial projections and ensure attainment of financial goals
• Overseeing all investor relations, including seeking out capital, its proper and efficient management and communicating regularly with investors
• Work with external accountants and lawyers to ensure financial and legal compliance

Qualifications: All Ideal Candidates will have:
• Recent undergraduate degrees from a top institution
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong career ambitions
• Strong social and networking skills with an outgoing and personable personality
• Strong qualitative and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly, and combine successful practices with innovative ideas
• Very strong writing, communication, research and presentation skills
• A strong interest in business, modern technology and strategy
• Willingness to travel as needed
