Hope you're all staying safe. It's a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if anyone has an Argus License Key that they're willing to share with me? I just got laid off from my job and figured I'd use this time to learn Argus and some Excel modeling classes on Udemy. I'd be happy to trade some Multifamily Excel Models I use to underwrite deals on the side or look over deals, if you'd be interested in that.
