ARGUS Question

In ARGUS Software, how does it deal with half months? I am inputting a particular lease where it ends in the middle of the month. How does Argus calculate Potential Base Rent in relation to this situation?

I don't have Argus anymore but if you click on the corner where it pops up another window you can set the amount to be half of the normal rent amount. I am assuming they're just paying a prorated 15 day amount? If not and they're paying the full, you can have overlap between the new tenant paying a pro rated 15 day amount or full month amount.

Not too specific because this is from memory so I can't open it up. Argus support is also extremely helpful- contact them.
