Could a single family rental REIT use Argus to underwrite properties? If you had every property as a single-tenant? Could I then insert every property into a portfolio? I feel that this could be useful for the dispositions of portfolios?

Argus for a single family portfolio sounds like a nightmare. Just use excel.
Agreed. Several posters on Bigger Pockets have a large portfolio of SFR's. They are definitely not using Argus. They can barely use excel.
