Obviously the general consensus is you work less and hrs are more predictable in PE. At the same time do you have more pressure competing with your colleagues especially at UMM/MM where the VP position is limited and everyone owns their own platform?
In banking, you don’t have to constantly worry about investment goes wrong and will make VP as long as you want to, how different is it for PE and what happens after VP?
