Asking The Experienced, Do You Reveal That You Use WSO?

Noticed a good amount of people in the industry on this site (more then 5 years, because a lot of first and second years are looking for exits). So to you, I was wondering, do you mention or tell anyone at work that you use WSO? If not why? If so, what do they think?

I will replace the term BSD with experienced (that was a terrible way to ask that question).

I have never told anyone that I use WSO. Anonymity is largely what makes this site valuable, in my opinion. As soon as you are known, I think that dramatically alters what you will post about and how honest you are. For 99%+ of the people here, it would be a huge mistake for people to reveal that they use WSO and their username. People say some really dumb things here that you wouldn't want your co-workers or clients to attribute to you (self included).

People knew I was on WSO and my username if they cared to spend 30 seconds figuring it out. While I'm not walking around with a nametag that reads "CompBanker," I'm not exactly hiding it at this point.

Just curious, what does the "Comp" in CompBanker stand for? I've read a lot of your threads over the years, and it just occurred to me that I have no idea what it stands for. Lol

In reference to my undergrad degree. Go figure that 7+ years later none of my work has anything to do with computers nor am I a banker. So much for having foresight when I made my username. Oh well.
