Aspiring lawyer turned aspiring banker - looking for guidance
I'm finishing up my last semester of a finance degree at a top 15 business undergrad (non i-bank target.) I skipped fall recruiting to study for the LSAT. I managed to score in the low 170s but soon after realized that banking fits me better than law.
Ideally, I want to be at a BB in New York. I have a 3.9+ finance GPA and a 3.3-3.4 cum. I'll be interning full-time at a solid MM IB in the midwest this spring, while simultaneously finishing up my classes. There's no promises of a full-time offer.
What's a good move here? I know I'm late to the game, but at least I didn't dish out 200k to attend Georgetown.
