Associate M&A transitioning to Real Estate PE or REIT
I've got 5 years of mostly TMT M&A investment banking experience, but I'm looking to transition into real estate private equity or the acquisitions team of a REIT. Any feedback is appreciated.

You're probably in a situation where a head hunter would be beneficial.
Also, I don't think you should put the financial modeling training program at the top; it really takes away from the rest of your solid resume. Maybe you should create a new section that has the heading "Skills and Training".
Agree with the above. I would put BIWS in your relevant training section with your CFA candidacy.
My other general and more significant comment would be that your CV is far too focused on what you did, rather than what outcome you achieved. You need to make yourself stand out more by showing your value add eg.
"I developed a 3 statement financial model. My analysis showed that by altering the proposed acquisitions capital structure the client could boost his equity irr by 4%. This led to a positive outcome for the client, increased business for the firm etc..."
Hope that helps.
i went to USC too but i Lol'ed @ (23rd Ranked US University, 10th Ranked US Undergraduate Business Program) remove this
