Post MBA salaries as a first year associate are pretty much set at $175k across the board now. Sign on bonuses are usually in the $60-70k range. And then your stub bonus which is just the pro-rated amount of the annual bonus. Top bucket bonus is usually about 100% of your salary.
Standard now is $175/175/200/225 (k of course) for stub to A3. Exceptions (that I know of, definitely not comprehensive) are Baird who used to be at $175k across all years and are now $200k all years and Evercore who are now $185/200/225/250
Is that EVR scale confirmed? I know the Bloomberg article listed those numbers but I was weary of it (article also listed previous A0 salary of 150k for EVR, it was 160k).

That won’t tell you anything useful these days. Bases have now bumped up across the street and bonuses won’t be known until Q1 2022.
