AT Kearney vs. Accenture Strategy

Comparing Offers between AT Kearney and Accenture Strategy.
How would you evaluate and pick between the two offers?

Main factors to consider :

1.) type of projects (strategy & growth preference),
2.) Culture and competitive position in industry
3.) Compensation

ATK: great people, seem to have some interesting projects, quick promotion schedule
Offer: (75k base, 10k signing, up to 20% bonus)

ACN Strategy : very high starting pay, big firm, seem to have a wide variety of work
Offer (85k base, 10k signing, up to 10-15% bonus

Thanks! I don't think I am looking to stay in consulting past 3 years or so. Ideally I would want a firm to set me up for a top business school placement and strong exit opps. An ideal role after consulting would be working in strategy for a major sports league or big tech.
