It seems like a lot of sport stars and celebrities are giving more and more money to invest in tech, start-ups or PE funds (Kobe, Lebron, Aston Kusher). Seems like everyone these days has a clothing line and a vodka to sell.
Do you think this is a case of the person being smarter with money, having better people handle their money or more opporunities to invest? On the other side, how do you think they are doing overall, I know the likes of Kusher was an initial investor in Uber, but I'm sure he had people looking it over for him.
