  1. How does A. T. Kearney's Procurement & Analytic Solutions compare with tier 2 firms (Deloitte S&O, EY) in terms of chalenging work, reputation, exit options etc.?
  2. Post MBA associate base salary of $105000 (source: glassdoor) for this practice seems fairly less than generalist associate salary at ATK and even Deloitte and EY senior consultant salary, is this data real?
  3. ATK does a lot of sourcing work anyways, then why a separate practice?

i interviewed with these people - they don't really do high-level strategy work in my opinion. be prepared to be tested on your ms-access database skills. it appears this is what they do during most engagements working with databases and doing integration/transformation projects - most likely projects that are sold off of strategy work done by traditional strategy teams at ATkearney. They do travel a lot - sometimes to pretty nice places, other times not.

This is the impression I got when I interviewed with them. The first round was a pretty typical OCR interview--one case and one behavioral. I didn't go to the final rounds, but I heard that it was an all-day interview with case interviews and Access, Excel, and some other coding (I believe it was whatever stat package you said you're good at) skill tests.

The comps are comparable to the MC side. And they have INSANE per diems. $75/meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner... Travel 4 days a week.
