Hi all,
a quick question on background check. I know the process done by a third-party company and they call your past employees to verify you actually worked there. However, having a few internship experiences in non-English speaking countries, some of my past supervisors/HR contacts cannot speak English. Is this going to be a problem? Do they actually call non-US firms? Thanks!

Why would it be a problem if your internships are legit? If you misrepresented an experience, on the other hand, that's a different story.
