Baird REIB Group: Any Insights?
Hey all, I'm looking at some REIB groups and it looks like Baird is hiring. They have some notable transactions including Realty Income Corp & Hilton IPOs, but it doesn't seem like they get mandated on a lot of the blockbuster M&A activity that's been happening recently.
Anyone have any good feedback? Is it a good group and true IB or basically just capital markets brokerage under the Baird brandname?
What would you all expect comp to be in Baird's DC office, given the REIB group raises about ~$250 - 500mm a year in capital for clients.
