GENERALLY SPEAKING: they give about 70-80% of their offers on the day of or weekend of to particularly strong candidates
the remaining ones they deliberate a little bit longer meanwhile, not every candidate accepts the offer their given, so they move on to the next person on the list when this happens this process can last up to weeks
so please stop asking this. if you didn't already hear back, you have a low chance of getting an offer
