Bank of America: Valuation
This is no investors blog, but certainly an area of great financial minds. I took a large position, going long, on Bank of America today. It's Price to Book Value is 0.75, with about a $100B FCF, has plenty of income, and the mortgage dilemmas (fines) are now behind it.
Figured that I would caste a line out in this forum and fish for opinions. I feel good about the company even though it's ROE and dividends have been low recently.
FCF isn't a concept used in bank analysis.
If you look on the right, there's a post called 'Working in FIG'. Might be worth a look.
